Our content

MentallyWhere is guided and reviewed by top psychologists and psychiatrists, and driven by community experiences. Together we’re steering new wave mental health conversations and resources by giving them the rebrand they deserve.

We’re therapy lovers and openly acknowledge the limitations that come from sharing therapeutic content as it may not always apply or speak to your unique situation in a comprehensive way. It is OK to filter our content through your worldview, take what you need, and learn from others.

We’re here to make this information candid and accessible to build a community (yes, you) of emotionally empowered humans.

Additional Resources

We recognize therapy is often a privilege which is why we’re also proudly partnered with Open Path, a nonprofit that offers affordable (and real) therapy to clients who lack health insurance, whose health insurance doesn’t provide adequate mental health benefits or for those who can’t afford current market rates.
If you’re in crisis, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is 1-800-273-8255. Other international suicide helplines can be found at befrienders.org. You can also text TALK to 741741 for free, anonymous 24/7 crisis support in the US from the Crisis Text Line.
